Summer 2023 markets to introduce fresh products to buyers By Julie McCallum

The summer 2023 edition of Shoppe Object, a trade event for curated home and gift, will take place Aug. 13-15 at Manhattan’s Pier 36 in New York City. Shoppe Online summer season launches on July 15; Shoppe Online is the digital marketplace for Shoppe Object. All exhibitors at Shoppe Object in August will have their collections available for wholesale purchasing on Shoppe Online from July 15, 2023, to Jan. 14, 2024.

The biannual event will deliver an uptick in international brands hailing from 24 countries and will showcase an expansion of products for the home, show executives said. Among the show’s returning features are the Black Lives Matter Action Initiative, which offers subsidized booth space for Black-owned brands, a NOURISH section, featuring small-batch beauty and gourmet, and the show’s selected Artist of the Season, who inspires the season’s visual energy and showcases their work at market.

Additionally, the summer is laden with other shows across the country — Dallas Total Home & Gift Market, Atlanta Market, Las Vegas Market, Seattle Mart, just to name a few. Take a look at some products that are set to be on display this summer.
